With the first eight contestants eliminated, things begin to hot up in the tournament. Who'll be the next to go? You get to decide. Actually, you don't. I do. Disagree? Fair enough.
Quarter-Finals

Hot on the heels of his first fight, Skeletor gets thrown into a battle with the Shredder. He tries bribing Shred-Head's minions into betraying him, but sadly Rocksteady and Bebop are too dim to grasp the concept of betrayal -- or are too scared of the Shredder's wrath. Shredder's martial arts skills give old Bone-face a pretty hard time, but then again Skeletor's no slouch in that area either. Between his own skill with weapons and his magical talent, Skeletor sends the Shredder flying out of the quarter-finals with a blast from his Havoc Staff.
Winner: Skeletor!
vs. 
Ming has a lot going for him; his experience, his rulership of the planet Mongo, but sadly, Toto, I've a feeling we're not on Mongo anymore. Deciding to take a direct route, Ming the Merciless and his force of ice robots navigates the dungeon and does very well, evading the traps. He's a bit of an expert on death traps himself, and even Lord Fear feels he ought to develop a grudging respect for his opponent. He quickly dispels this feeling, however, and concentrates on neutralizing his opponent.
Not ashamed to call in a favour, Lord Fear requests Aesandre's the Ice Witch's help in dealing with the ice robots. The ice witch agrees and takes control of them, leaving old Mingy wide open for an attack from the FrightKnights. Is this the end of Ming? He'll be back (he always will) but sadly he won't be back soon enough to dispute the result of this quarter-final match.

The Clown Prince of Crime is feeling pretty good following his trouncing of Lord Bloth, but can he repeat his victory against Venger? The electrified hand-buzzer fails to work. Smilex wrought no smiles from this force of Evil. Bullets just bounce off. As Venger stands over him, energy bolt ready to strike, the Joker realises he's not going to win this one. "Can't you take a joke?" he asks as Venger's hands start to glow a vicious shade of red.
FWACKOOM!

How the Hell do we resolve this one? The Evil Midnight Bomber What Bombs At Midnight has been lucky -- very lucky -- but having seen what happened to Cobra, the Baron quickly ensures that Colonel K finds out about the Bomber's actions. Danger Mouse quickly intervenes. Penfold says 'Crumbs!' at least once. Danger Mouse orders him to 'shush'. Other stuff happens. Rest assured it's all rather silly.
Winner: Baron Silas Greenback!
Gosh! Can you contain your excitement? I know I can't. It's lucky that the semi-finals follow almost immediately!
