Level 10
By 10th-level, Thousand-Faced Thralgar really begins to live up to his name. Combining magic, skills and feats to great effect, it begins to look like there is no-one he cannot imitate! In addition to his Charisma and formidable skills, he is also able to compel people to do his bidding by dint of his magical prowess.

To start with, we continue with our policy of skills maxed out. He has an extra skill point going spare each time, and as before they go into Listen, Spot, Tumble and Use Magic Device - skills that help him detect enemies, get out of their way and handle any magic item that falls into his hands.
As far as the feats go, well, Weapon Finesse finally lets him land some good hits in mêlée. Scribe Scroll gives him more scrolls at a lower price.
At 10th-level, Thralgar gets to cast 4th-level spells, since that cloak of Charisma +2 just about renders it possible. He gets tongues since this helps him overcome the language barrier. His 3rd-level spells offer interesting possibilities: charm monster broadens his influence over other creatures. Although he is an expert liar, he could do with being a legendary one, so he takes glibness, while slow improves his chances in combat by penalising the enemy's ability to fight. Scrying allows Thralgar to obtain more information from greater distances. Sculpt sound is exclusive to bards and very useful for deception - so naturally Thralgar plumps for that one. As far as the 4th-level spells go, dominate person and hold monster seem to be the natural choices, giving Thralgar some serious influence over other beings, compelling people against their will or freezing them in their tracks.
At level 10, Thralgar has some very nice goodies indeed. Since he can make more than one attack per round, giving him more +1 daggers might be an idea, but his AC, not to put too fine a point on it, sucks. He compromises by getting a couple of masterwork daggers and some +2 leather armour. He finally has some protective items too. He's scribed some scrolls, since it's always handy to have spells at your fingertips. The selection was rounded out with a bit more jewellery, since it's a little more interesting than cash and is always useful in a disguise.
