Random Psionic Tattoo Generator

I'll concede that there is at least one cool aesthetic thing about psionic characters: the tattoos. The idea that powers can be scribed on the skin of the wielder as expendable devices is pretty cool. But then I liked Planescape: Torment, and similar things occurred there too.
