Resistance Table Roller
Many years ago, when I picked up a copy of the 5th Edition Call of Cthulhu rulebook, I found the resistance table gave me a headache. Go on. Laugh it up. But I did. I think it's mainly because there was just an enormous grid of numbers and that made my eyes hurt. Of course, it's a lot simpler than it looks, but I figured I might come up with an application to make task resolution easier. So here it is, my first tool for devotees of the BRP system.
In short, enter the active (or attacking) characteristic number in the first text field and the passive (defending) characteristic number in the other text field. Then press the Resistance Table Roll button to see if you succeed.
